THE NEW LONG ZONE ABEZ CONCEPT

Hytrol is very excited to inform you of a new, innovative way to use the popular ABEZ conveyor that can make you more competitive than ever before!  

There are areas in a conveyor system where such individual carton control is not necessary, however. These can include areas near the “upstream” end of the conveyor system where zero-pressure accumulation is important to create temporary storage, but where cartons don’t require separation. In fact, often it is desirable for the cartons to be densely packed to more fully utilize the storage space of the conveyor.

The Long Zone Concept allows you to use zones up to 10 feet long with fewer EZLogic zone controllers and produces dense product accumulation. These work together to make you MORE PRICE COMPETITIVE. And the customer receives the many benefits and features of the EZLogic accumulation system.

Problem:  Can’t produce to the demand of the market.  In these economic times, wouldn’t we all love to have this be our single biggest problem?  That is exactly what the situation was when Nelson Equipment was contact to assist in developing a solution that would take a production assembly line from 100% manual to 80% automated with the building blocks in place to become 100% automated in the near future.  When fully operational, production will increase 10 fold!  Return on Investment for this project is expected to have a complete payback within 6-7 months depending on current demands remaining high.
 

In last month’s application corner we highlighted the ability to implement total system integration through retrofitting existing equipment in a short time frame.  This project took considerable engineering time to meet the rigid electrical specifications, control functionality, and equipment design.  The end result, Nelson Equipment along with partners Feazel Electrical Contractors and Hytrol Conveyor once again provided a successful system solution. 
 

Working with an engineering group specializing in the industry, Nelson developed design solutions by utilizing Hytrol modified standard equipment when possible and special design engineering when specific segments of the system required it.
 

So whether it is an upgrade to an existing system or a blank sheet of paper, the only name you need to remember is Nelson Equipment.  We’ll handle the rest!
