Merry Christmas to all of you and with
that goes wishes of good health, fortune, and a
prosperous year in 2010. You our customers are the
single reason for the success we have enjoyed going
into our 42nd year of business. We take pride in
our resiliency to stand up to the test of time. We
understand that you can’t rest on the past, but our
foundation and history anchors us firmly as we move
into the future. We still enthusiastically see
great potential for a bright future.
Our employees are dedicated to prompt
and courteous service with your best intentions in
mind. I thank each of them for that. I also thank
them for a job well done in 2009. When I look back
at this year of uncertainty that began early on with
the loss of Ryan Harner, our General Manager of 12
years to a hereditary heart defect at such a young
age, it would have been easy to fold our tent and go
away. But our people and their faith, held each
other up and we now can say for certain, that we
overcame.
