Nelson Equipment Co., Inc. is pleased to announce a re-organization of its service support department. Due to the continual need for maintenance service and repairs, NECI has added management levels to ensure proper scheduling of service and repair requests.

Kurt Nelson will be responsible for scheduling all MRO requests.

Kurt Nelson will be responsible for end user equipment installation scheduling.

Ryan Harner will be responsible for contractor equipment installation scheduling.

Edie Thornton will be customer support for North Louisiana market.

Michael Nelson will be customer support for South Louisiana market.

This management structure is being put into place to better support our customers in aftermarket MRO requests and coordinating equipment installations.

Most high speed doors in operation today use coil cords. The problem with coil cords is they:
	Get tangled up Catch on other objects Are susceptible to breakage Are difficult and costly to repair Tend to stretch and sail into the photo eyes causing false activation
