You go back to your successful partnership with Nelson Equipment Co., Inc. and Hytrol Conveyor to design a working solution. And that's exactly what took place when Mark Nelson was contacted to integrate design changes to a system that he created for them over 4 years earlier.

Working with the company's maintenance and engineering department, a solution was created that allowed engineered components to be "inserted" into the existing system. This existing system allowed for an additional assembly process to be created, allowing productivity to be increased dramatically. And it all took place over a weekend shut down.

Due to the outstanding in-house capabilities of the maintenance and engineering department, all system programming, electrical field wiring and air power was done in advance of the arrival of the components. Once the equipment arrived, it was assembled and wired in a matter of hours, not days.

At system start-up, the design functioned flawlessly. Production is now on the increase!
