Inaugural Publication of Nelson Equipment Co., Inc.
Monthly E-Newsletter

Today, I am happy to introduce the first edition of NECI News, the Nelson Equipment Co., Inc. e-newsletter. I am excited to bring you this new format and would like to take
a few minutes to explain the intent of this electronic publication and the benefits it can provide to you. First of all, I must define what it is not. It is not "junk e-mail." If after you have received this monthly publication you feel the information it presents is of no value to you and your organization, simply unsubscribe and we will remove you from the mailing list. What it will provide you is a quick and easy way to stay up with new tech-nologies and features that are happening in the industry and, if you see a potential benefit to your organization, an easy means of gathering additional information.

What can you expect each month? Each month we will bring you a combination of Product News, Customer Application Spotlights, Training & Safety Tips, Regulatory News, Service & Technical Tips, and much more. Also watch for new, used, and
surplus equipment specials and corporate news.

In addition, you will have a quick and easy link to our corporate Web site where you
can gather additional technical information as well as purchasing many of our products online through our e-commerce stores. You will also have access to our sponsors
as their Web site links are located on the left hand side of this publication providing
you access to additional services that you may require from leaders in their respective fields.

So, enjoy the easy read and my pledge to provide a continual stream of beneficial information that will assist your organization in staying out front in your marketplace.

Wildeck Delta Series Model Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor

The Delta Series Model freight lift from Wildeck Manufacturing is reliable and durable, offering you the lower cost of a hydraulic unit with all of the benefits of a mechanical one.

You can now load and unload a mezzanine without the use
of a forklift. With no overhead machinery and a side-mounted
drive, it is easy to service and can fit into tight places while maintaining a 7'-0" clearance based on a 6'-6" load. The Delta Series has a load capacity range from 2,200 lbs. to 4,400 lbs. and is able to fit a large variety of applications, including servicing multiple levels along with either a "C"
or "Z" type loading/unloading pattern. With installation time taking only a few hours and pricing starting as low as $15,000, the Delta Series Model is a low-cost product with easy installation.

Magline's Two-Wheel, Folding Hand Truck

The Model 815 and Model 830 (F11-C-815-LFN) Magline two-wheel hand truck is made from lightweight aluminum and weighs only 24 lbs. It is able to convert from a full-size hand truck to a small, storable utility item. The unit, which is able to provide a maximum load capacity of 500 lbs., can handle large jobs yet be easily folded down for convenient storage in a small compact area, such as the trunk of a car or service vehicle. It comes with larger wheels than most bargain hand trucks, minimizing the effort of pushing a heavy load. This product is great for vending routes, technicians, warehouse, office and home. The truck costs approximately $285.

Albany Rapid Roll 3000 High-Speed Door

The Albany Rapid Roll 3000 from Albany Door Systems is the first high-speed metal rolling door with DiscDrive technology. This new innovation produces frictionless, smooth operation at opening speeds up to 110 mph at 80 inches per second. The metal slats of the door panel wind onto a patented DiscDrive system, which utilizes multiple disc diameters to create contact-free rolling so the door panel slats do not touch. Due to its unique design, should the door become damaged, the individual door slats can be replaced in lieu of having to replace the entire door. The door requires a minimal amount of overhead clearance, unlike conventional metal doors, and installs in high traffic areas where operational reliability is critical and security access is required.

Due to Albany's patented pre-running photo cells, the product is one of the safest on the market. The cells are positioned five inches from the bottom edge of the door and travel with the door panel while it is closing, enabling them to detect any object that might be in the door path and reversing the door direction before the bottom edge comes into contact with it. It can cover openings up to 16'-4" high by 16'-4" wide, providing the customer with a broader range of door sizes to choose from. It is also available in various RAL color schemes. The double-walled anodized aluminum
door means that it can also be equipped with vision and light panels that allow light passage through as much as 45% of the door panel surface. In case of a power outage, the door comes with a manual disconnect lever that will partially self-open the door to allow a quick exit. The door's high-speed operation and minimal risk-factor for damages, means lower utility costs and higher productivity for consumers. The Albany Rapid Roll 3000 allows people, equipment, and goods to move through door openings quickly and more efficiently.
