Nelson Equipment Co., Inc. successfully entered into a contract with a national food manufacturer/distributor to provide an automated conveying system that will feed product from the processing area into a blast freezer, and then on to the packaging department. This system is designed to handle up to 7,500 individual items per hour.

The system, made up of Hytrol Conveyor and components from Interroll Corporation, is designed to allow for greater volume of production to occur on a daily basis with reduced labor.

Hytrol Phases out Gen 1 EZLogic 

As older equipment is replaced with newer, more innovative technology, some products reach the end of their useful life cycle. Such is the case with Gen 1 EZLogic. Through the end of 2006, we will continue to accept orders for Gen 1 components, subject to availability from our supplier. After December 31, 2006, we will no longer accept parts orders for any Gen 1 components.

If you have Gen 1 or Gen 2 EZLogic and are interested in upgrading to Gen 3, Hytrol is making available retrofit kits to help with the changeover. With features such as dynamic zone allocation and PC programming software, Gen 3 sets the standard for zero-pressure accumulation.

Hytrol ProSort 45 Package Sorter
